PARKING: There is a visitor parking garage with the entrance off 6th Ave, located between the blocks of Grant and Logan. When you are driving to the office, you will want to be in the left most lane on 6th Ave to get into the garage. Visitor parking is free for the first 3 hours that you are there.
Suite 202 - Use the elevator to go up to floor 2, and immediately off the elevator you will see an office named "Accelerate Health Integrative Medicine". At the front desk, tell them you are here for Worth It PT or Dr. Caroline.
TO RESCHEDULE: Please text (720) 295-7423. Phone calls and emails are also alright but we are slower to respond to those. Please give us 48 hours notice if possible. Late cancellation and rescheduling is a $75 charge. Notice of cancellation within 6 hours of your appointment time is full charge, as is no call no shows. Communication is greatly appreciated!
